Enough with the rumor mongering

Its been 48 hours since the story of alleged anti-Muslim Terrorism attributed to some Hindu groups has been doing the rounds. It is instructive to note that all the facts in this reportage so far are based on unattributed remarks to the Anti-Terrorism cell of the Maharashtra Police.

Let us trace the how the Malegaon, Modasa blasts stories have been reported, thanks to Google we can establish a clear timeline here.

You had the apologists in CounterCurrents raise the bogey of Hindutva Terrorism on Oct 4th even before any investigations were launched.?

Then comes this story on Oct 22nd which Offstumped linked to with the first claims that Cops have cracked the Malegaon Blasts.

Since then roughly 45 news stories have made the rounds from demands for a ban on Bajarang Dal?in Parliament to?debates on Live Television on the root causes.

We have names, we have antecedents, we have links which started with ABVP and now morphed to VHP but all this while a serious gaping hole.

Here is the problem with this manufactured outrage – There is not a single attributable remark to anyone in either the Maharashtra Police or the Maharashtra Government to actually go on record and say what has been leaked to the media.

It is stunning that no where in this media outrage has anyone bothered to ask of the Maharashtra Chief Minister or Home Minister why are they keeping mum and why is their Anti-Terrorism leaking like a seive to the media ?

In fact a Google news search with Deshmukh or Patil as keywords says it all – stunning silence? while this story in TOI has R.R. Patil refusing to comment.

So this begs the question why is the Congress playing this premature leak game while making sure nothing sticks to it on the record ?

It is not beyond the realm of possibility that they don’t have hard evidence to pin on this on any known Organisations. But putting this story out there without having to go on recoed serves a purpose. The HJM in Indore operates out of the RSS office. This story helps further polarize the vote in Madhya Pradesh which is bound for elections. In 2003 the BSP dented the Congress in as many as 85 seats. This makes Muslim Vote consolidation important. Putting this story out there helps achieve that even if the investigations are not complete and a solid case has not been made.

That friends seems to the foul play at work here.

Offstumped demands that the Maharashtra Government go on the record and come clean with the facts of the case and bring the guilty to justice. It must also explain the selective leaking of facts to the media and prepare to be held accountable for defamation if this official silence continues.

Postscript – As Offstumped went to press with this post, this latest story in the TOI surfaced which makes Offstumped’s case eloquently

The title says “Malegaon Blasts suspects sent to Custody till Nov 3rd”

The story does not have a single word “on who sent whom where to be held in Custody”.

The only quote of significance from “a top police official” is a day old and regurgitation of old sound bites.

But the worst quote comes at the fag end -

“We don?t know if these people were directly involved in the blasts, but preliminary investigations reveal that at the very least, they played a peripheral role.”

this report identifies a police official by name, but only to say the official refused to reveal further details. Three arrested likely to be produced in nashik court, but does not say when.

“Initially they were picked up in connection with a theft of a motorcycle on October 19″, said.

If the maharashtra police had to arrest people from Madhya Pradesh, the Madhya pradesh police should have been on the loop. Can they come forward with the details they have?

Strange are the ways of secularism:

    * Terrorists have no religion, so don’t talk of Islamic terrorism. So we talk of Hindu terrorism in the Parliament.
    * No community as a whole should be branded as terrorists. But I read somewhere that Brinda Karat did just that.
    * Indian police is corrupt and they stage encounters and falsely implicate people. But everyone wants to believe them when they supposedly say that Hindus are behind the blasts.
    * No death penalty for Afzal Guru. Death to Dara Singh.
    * Jamia will defend the Delhi blast suspects. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if anyone comes forward to defend Hindu suspects.
    * We must understand the root cause of terrorism. Not so for these Bajrang Dal-types, because they are mad dogs with a fascist bent of mind.

Please feel free to add other examples …

    Bajrang Dal, VHP, require Public Relations Experts, to guide them on their future course of action all through India, keeping the General Election in mind;
    Bajrang Dal and VHP must never, never, take law in their hands, instead start Publicity Campaigns against injustices to Hindus, and Hinduism, start appropriate Court proceedings against the law breakers and get desired result;
    Bajrang Dal and VHP must have their TV news channels to propagate their news and views, and take Indian Nation at a large into confidence before embarking upon any direct action plans and programmes, taking leaf from Mahatma Gandhi’s direct action programmes, making public feel that they are entirely justified to take Direct action as a last resort;
Bajrang Dal and VHP must take care of adverse international weather against them, here we can disregard only to a certain extent Pope but when USA meddles in our country’s internal affair and equates BJP with communal disturbances in Gujarat, Karnataka, Orissa, it is not in the interest of the Country that BJP should be in defensive position on this matter before USA. If BJP and NDA combine want to capture next Lok Sabha, this is very important that Bajrang Dal and VHPact in consort with BJP. After all, politics is the art of making Impossible, Possible. Both BajrangDal and VHP should know this art and practice for salvation of Hindus and Hinduism from the clutches of Terrorists and Conversionists.
Bajrang Dal and VHP activists ought to know the rule of action and reaction. They ought to know that Congress and all other opposing parts, are always there to jump on the bandwagon to obtain political mileage from such happenings. They must perfect the art of Politics and take care of the fallout in advance. In politics, only winners are respected.

what and where is this law thing after four years of this rule?

Its funny when its Islamic terrorism, its just plain old terror with no relegion. God forbid 3 hindus gets accused of bomb making, its all aboard the ‘hindu terrorism’ train. this is BS. And what about that friggin nun, who allegedly got ‘raped’, like the ’sexually active’ one in MP? doesnt want to cooperate with the police. No wonder these evangjehadis dont want to cooperate with the police, they are low life criminals. This is not the end, there will be a huge backlash, a friggin tsunami of hindu rage that will sweep all these hindu haters away.

Cops ran away as brothers were lynched

Jayprakash Dubey, whose brothers Omprakash and Mayur were lynched by the mob in Kalyan on Tuesday night, says cops who were supposed to protect them ran off, leaving them at the mob’s mercy

Jayprakash, one of the Dubey brothers who survived the riots at Kalyan’s Pisawli village on Tuesday night, says he may someday be able to forgive the men who killed his doctor brothers. Those he absolutely will not forgive or forget are the policemen, who he thought would protect his brothers Omprakash and Mayur, but who ran away leaving them to be dragged out by the baying mob and brutally lynched.

Jayprakash says the blood-thirsty mob had targeted his brothers and him after he had refused to shut his telecommunications shop during the Kalyan riots. Jayprakash says the enraged mob returned that night and broke into his house through the roof. It was only when five officers of the Manpada police station reached the spot in a white Sumo jeep with amber lamps on it that the mob ran away, shouting threats.

Jayprakash says his brothers Omprakash, Mayur and Anand were also picked up along with him to be brought to Manpada police station.

But what the brothers thought was their security, turned out to be their worst nightmare.

According to Jayprakash, two of the police officers were in plain clothes while the rest were in uniform. Along the way, the mob of around 40 MNS men who had been waiting in the shadows, suddenly converged upon the police van. To the brothers’ shock, instead of warning off the mob or shooting in the air, the five policemen just jumped out of the jeep and ran away. Jayprakash said, “When the mob came towards the police vehicle shouting threats, two of the policemen sitting at the front of the vehicle just jumped out and ran away. I watched in shock as the other three cops ran away. We had no option but to follow them. But while Anand and I escaped, Omprakash and Mayur were not so lucky and were dragged out and butchered.”

dont be so squearmish about hindu terrorism. It is inevitable that it will come into existence after so many decades of muslim terrorism. We can now set political correctness aside and identify muslim terrorism for what it is, how about that?

  9. Shanth says:

    Guys,

I have a feeling that all this is going to hit back on the faces of psecs. In the meantime all the readers here ensure you speak to everyone you meet on the need to consolidate Hndus. This is our last chance in our chequered history. After 1000 years of slavery we won freedom only to be freely subjugated again by Abrahamic religions. If we do not fight this time we will never survive. unity is the only weapon we must acquire. We should strive for it at any cost.

Everytime Hindusim had faced near extinction scenarios in the past we had bounced back. This time it will take a do-or-die attitude to survive in our very own land. Arise my brethren enough of self-pity and self-derison. The congis are missionaries and nothing else. Hindus across India must realise this.

  10. All it needs is for just one ‘Jaychand’ to own up to everything !

Oh ! the games they play to garner votes !

  11. Shanth says:

    Srilankan Issue
By the way the DMK in TN is forcing every educational institution to take part in Human Chain. Each college is supposed to send at least 100 students and teaching staff. so much for Tamil Solidarity. Therea are several serious issues bothering the state at this moment. MK is using his usual ploy. If LTTE is finished this time then MK and his progeny wuoldn’t have an issue to divert people’s attention in future.

  12. [...] is now clear that the Communal Socialists in the media would not rest till the phrases “Hindu Terrorism”, “Hindutva Terrorism” and [...]

  13. Bharat says:

Does India really have laws and it runs with Laws? Why we are deceiving ourselves? Its a complete lawless state. What practiced in India is might is right, win by hook or crook. In that case, we don’t need to prescribe laws for someone to follow.

Where was law, when about a dozen cases convicted criminal Sahabuddin (still a MP) brought to the Parliament to save a govt? Is not this govt itself a criminal govt, which survived with votes from criminals?

HIndus should not get intimidated by sickular verval bombardments. Hindus need to offensive, tearing apart the anti-Hindu sickular brigades. These sickular brigades trying to put Hindus in a situation, where in either case they can be targated. First they provoke Hindus by insult, abuse, humiliation (eg Ram does not exist affidavit by the Congress govt in Supreme Court), then when Hindus react and demostrate, then termed them comunalists and fundamentalists. We should not fall into this trap.

India is the only country, where people from one particular religious community (Hindu) work against their own dharma, people and culture. One may fight politically, but not using the faith. A section of HIndus call other sections as Hindus terrorists (even without any basis), what a wonderful people.

Hindus need total revolution to defeat and crush these anti-Hindu forces. Chanakya Niti must be practiced, not merely read. Enemies within (sickular name-sake Hindus) are more dangerous than enemies outside (JIhadi terrorists and christian missionaries).

  14. Dhananjay says:

As I have said before, what our Hindu organizations need to do is to start taking media to the court for defamation anytime their names are inserted in falsehoods (especially without referring to the source of information).

These accusatory articles would stop right away or at least these media retards will have to think twice before publishing garbage in the name of news & analysis.

  15. Ashish says:

Taking the long view, I very humbly submit that the psec parties and media are getting worried. We need to keep up what we are doing. Web sites, blogs (like Y’s here), exhibitions, forums, Indic study groups..all expose the “secular” parties and media for the real communalists they are, and are proving that what the common man is led to believe as “communal” (like BD, VHP, RSS, BJP) is really a bunch of organizations and parties fighting for real secularism (as opposed to pseudosecularism).

This is not to say that all is well, of course it is not. We need to keep doing what we are doing, with renewed vigour.

I have seen that money can go only so far in keeping your house of lies standing. So psec media and parties, we shall see. Satyameva jayate.

    Ashish,

    Balanced and well written.

Recall that those muslims who kill in the name of the one true G-d aren’t ‘true muslims’ according to dhimmedia apologists. Similarly, lemme clearly state that those who call themselves Hindu and indulge in violence aren’t peaceful Hindus. Period.

GoI better not give the impression that the only way to get heard and be taken seriously in this country is by taking the violent route. From Raj Thackeray to Syed Geelani, everyone’s onto this gravy train, seems like.
