War on Terror – SIMI Ban Lifted

This is going to be a short one.

The Tribunal’s decision to lift the ban on SIMI is yet another lament on the abomination called Shivraj Patil that this nation has been cursed with. The Home Minister’s incompetence is well chronicled. His indifference to internal security at a time of war however is a new insight into his senile and probably demented mind. This guy is a ticking time bomb imperiling India’s Internal Security. He needs to be incapacitated and consigned to a facility far enough that there is not even the remotest outside chance of his shadow influencing public policy on security.

I think Yossarin while my proposal mentioned earlier also may have sounded outlandish but it too is becoming clear that our government too seems to be in la la land, all the people in charge of aggravating the matters of internal security like NN Vohra, S Patil, JK Police Officers, Central Home Secretary and if need be any political General should be forewarned (by BJP since elections are due shortly) of cases of treason, sedition and crimes against humanity! We need to chase and hunt all the players so that none of them lives in peace if they destroy common man’s peace.

My question to you and all posters, in India only twice have people been shot at and killed for chanting Vande Mataram and waving the tricolour once In Jallianwala bagh and after that in Jammu?

Gen. Dyer = Vohra, he needs to be tried for murder and treason.

  2. yossarin says:

This guy will pay for sure, even Karan Singh has asked for him to be recalled.

  3. Nishka says:

Justic mittal is responsible for lifting the ban. More about this dame. You will see that she has very strong muslim sympathies

  6. Jiggs says:

Yeah, I know another rap on the knuckles for this dysfunctional government.

However, they are approaching the SC to freeze the ruling.

Typical Congi games of Muslim appeasement.

Did you guys hear the SC tellin the government as gutless, spineless etc on the unauthorized occupation of government quarters by Babus?

Mate, the ripped apart the government:

“In India, even God is helpless, says SC”

“The whole government machinery is corrupt. We may lay down the law, but who will implement it? It has to be done by the clerks. The secretaries and joint secretaries have no guts to go against the clerks. The law is there, the statute is there, but the governments have become non-functional,” it said.”

  7. Puneet says:

Yossarin, the English language does not have enough negative adjectives to describe our HM. His parroting the same responses, after each and every attack, is downright contemptible and just shows how bereft of any ideas this government is.

The TOI, today, has an interesting op-ed on how their pet demand for having a federal agency, is actually a red herring -

  8. bhanu says:

Is this the price paid by COngress for SP’s support?Remember Salman Khurshid is SIMI’s lawyer.

  9. bhanu says:

Jiggs yesterday Teesta Setalvad appeared on the RKB Show and she compared SIMI to RSS saying that both are 2 sides of the same coin. She also replied that she would not want Narendra Modi to be PM as he has been charged with the post Godhra riots. Somehow she forgot that Shibu Soren who was a cabinet memeber in UPA and who is now Jharkhand CM was convicted by the courts and has also served sentences.

Similarly current RJD MP Shahabuddin is serving his jail sentence. Also Jagdish Tytler against whom there are cases in court for anti Sikh riots in Delhi where there are eye witnesses who saw him masterminding the killings was a cabinet member in the UPA.

These are cases which have been brought to court, filed charges against and sentences handed down.

Has Narendra Modi ever been served a chargesheet? Did anyone see him roaming the streets of Ahmedabad directing the riots?

  10. Jiggs says:

    Bhanu…

Teesta Setalvad, has lost it completely. She is so riled up after the Zahira turn around, when she looked like an idiot live on prime time.

Anything to do with Narendra Modi or the BJP or the RSS and she will start farting.

It is people like her , Mahesh Bhatt who must be hauled in front of a people’s court and given a thorough run down on the History of Hindusim in India.

They must be humiliated and embarrassed to the level that they lose their sanity.

Such, corrupt and idiots are the real reason behind the backwardness of the minorities in the country.

  11. Sootradhaar says:

    >>They must be humiliated and embarrassed to the level that they lose their sanity….

@Jiggs bandhu…the way the things are going in this Bharat mahaan of ours, I don’t think we will ever get to see this grand-event taking place anytime soon…at least not in our life-time…;)

  12. Jiggs says:

    Do you believe in Miracles?

I do and I am sure this day will come, say the last day of our lives :)

  13. bhanu says:

Jiggs Uma Bharati on the same show y’day suggested that Hindus in all states should come out in support of Jammu Hindus because all the yatris come in from different parts of India. I think its a solid suggestion and all Hindus have to unite and show solidarity and support to our Jammu brethren.

  14. Jiggs says:

    Bhanu…

She is right and that is what is happening, please go over to the Amarnath Issue thread, I have posted a link from IE today.

All Hindu leaders in J & K are shunning all party whips and uniting under the banner of Shree Amarnath Sangharsh Samiti.

    This is good news.

  15. Jiggs says:

    Bhanu / Fellas:

What do you make of this one:

“In name of Gujarat terror alert, Muslim tourists turned away from Narmada dam”

    http://www.indianexpress.com/story/345240.html

WE can say that Dhimmedia at it again, but, is turning away a tourist a crime?

  16. bhanu says:

Jiggs I think the cops could have handled it in a better way. Best thing is to put a stop to all tourist activities in and around the dam. Or if you want to continue with it make sure that cameras are put up at suitable locations. Also IE should stop making an issue out of this. Govt should be concerned about protecting the dam.

In the same article notice how the clerics said they felt humiliated when asked to name their funding sources and training provided in the madrassas. Why do they have to feel humiliated? Don’t they think it necessary in terms of the recent terrorist attacks and negative PR to openly disown any connection with anti nationalist forces?

  17. Sootradhaar says:

    >>“In name of Gujarat terror alert, Muslim tourists turned away from Narmada dam”…

Man…oh man! the world is sure coming to an end, heavens is falling apart..n we don’t know what other calamities might await us…the hapless citizens of India…the ‘feelings’ of Muslims have been ‘hurt’…man what will we make of our ’sickularism’ n how dare the Narmada Dam authorities turned away those # 1 minority community members, who according to our ‘learned’ n btw, good-for-nothing, PM have first right to all the resources of this country…how? The Central govt should consitiute a commission to proble deep into this matter, and to assuage the hurt sentiments of the biggest vote-bank, should announce monetary compensation for the turned away tourists…n the (dhimmi) media should keep this issue on the boil & berate the Gujarat authorities day-in-day-out till these perpetrators are brought to trial & handed down the severest punishment for their crime-of-the-century…

    /end sarcasm!

  18. arjun says:

If the BJP does not come to power or at least exercise control over the next govt, India’s future is pretty bleak.

  19. Jiggs says:

    Sootradhar # 17 :)

    arjun # 18

Mate…BJP and the Nationalist forces will form the next government. Three issues are noteworthy:

    1. Terror Strikes: You know the public opinion about UPA
    2. Ram Sethu: Congress is digging its grave
    3. Amarnath Shrine Land Controversy: Why do you think, MMS , Antonia and her cohorts are feeling the pressure?

Mate…they have bungled up big time, even their extentions the dhimmedia are openly asking the government on Minority appeasement.

The writing is on the wall..lets not lose hope…

  20. gujjuman says:

Mulayam, Lalu welcome removal of ban on SIMI

I sincerely hope that this is accurate and that Sangh pariwar is united in Gujarat.

This will help immensely in checking the UN Holy activities of some people.

So much for the credibility of Justice Mittal :-)

  29. SeaLion says:

The Congress on Wednesday said that the lifting of ban on SIMI is not a setback for the party-led UPA Government’s fight against terror.

“The High Court order should not be seen as a set back to the efforts of the UPA Government’s fight against terror,” party spokesman Shakeel Ahmad said on the sidelines of a one-day workshop here.

    http://www.dailypioneer.com/indexn12.asp?main_variable=FLASH&file_name=cap2%2Etxt&counter_img=2

WHAT FIGHT AGAINST TERROR IS THIS VATICAN UPA TALKING ABOUT???
Lest we forget : after each and every terror strike has not the MAINO AND MMS CONDEMNED THE SAME IN “VERY STRONG TERMS” (PLease forget nobody has been caught in any incident).AND THIS “FIGHT AGAINST TERROR” WON’T BE AFFECTED IN ANYWAY.ANYBODY CAN CONDEMN IN STRONG WORDS ANYTHING.
Hope Advani and Modi won’t do a ABV on Hindus, this time it would be hard against Congis, Commies.People would be given a chance against likes of Teestas, Takla Guptas, ASurDesais

  30. Another Indian says:

Looks like congress wants to ban RSS.

    http://www.rediff.com/news/2008/aug/06simi3.htm

By the way SP and RJD welcomed the lifting of ban on SIMI. Bunch of anti-nationals are running this country.

  31. anum says:

    KERALA … SIMI HEARTLAND

I write this against the backdrop of bomb blasts in bangalore and Ahmedabad. In Kerala, the heartland of SIMI activities, Wahiabi fundamentalists are recruiting young Muslim youth to conduct attrocities in Indian cities.

Some months ago, the following fundamentalists belonging “Ameer Ul Islami” hailing from the industrial town of Aluva were arrested by Kerala police for Anti-National activities and for carrying pamhlets supporting “The struggle in Kashmir, and the need for Jihad.”

A few weeks after the arrested all five were allowed to walk away. Free to continue their deadly mission.

Today these five have been booked by the Police force of the near by Karanataka State for masterminding the blast in Bangalore…

The names as reported by Mathrubhumi are :

    Peediakkalveetil Saadili (26) from Irattupetta

    Vadakeveetil Shamas (22) from Irattupetta

Kunjunnikara Perunthelil Ansar (27) from Aluva

Nadakkal Paarakkal Perukathussery Abdul Rafeek (24)

Jasmin Manzilil Nizamuddin (28) from Panaikulam.

Before they slip out again, let us generate a national debate about it. Discuss it online, send it to your local press, sign a petition…Do something!

  32. SeaLion says:

    >>Looks like congress wants to ban RSS.<<

Congress is a f*** Christian terrorist organization led by the a filthy gened White from the unholiest of land. Only Armed resistance is the answer, otherwise India is lost and Iraquised. This maybe the agenda of lunatic nut Bush being implemented by his Indian Al-Malikis

  33. sukhdev says:

Not even a wee bit of a surprise to me and maybe others that Chara Chor Lallu (who paraded Osama look alike to get mohammedan votes) and MullahYam don’t like this ban on SIMI.

SC comes to govt rescue; Simi ban stays

“The Supreme Court on Wednesday intervened to avert the “dangerous prospect” of Simi coming overground by staying a tribunal order lifting the ban on the organisation. The Tribunal had on Tuesday lifted the ban on Simi imposed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act after the government failed to furnish the required documents.”

  34. [...] here is the most troubling questions, why did Tehelka decide to bat for SIMI 3 months ago [...]
